1. Controller

The controller of personal data is Star's Restaurant & Lounge, operating in Prague, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). Contact: info@starslounge.com, tel. +420 777 992 999.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, phone number, password hash.
• Contest data: your predictions, points, timestamps, redeemed daily codes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, basic device info, strictly necessary cookies.

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

• Running the contest and your account — Art. 6(1)(b) performance of contract.
• Contacting you about prizes or contest changes — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) legitimate interest.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse logs — Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest.
• Legal obligations (accounting, prize records) — Art. 6(1)(c).

4. Retention

Account and contest data are kept for the duration of the World Cup 2026 contest and up to 12 months afterwards for prize fulfilment and dispute handling. You may request deletion earlier (see section 6).

5. Recipients & processors

Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure provided by our hosting and database processor (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region). We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@starslounge.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

7. Children

The contest is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
