1. Organiser

The contest is organised by Star's Restaurant & Lounge, Prague, Czech Republic. It is a free promotional contest, not a gambling activity within the meaning of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. on gambling — no entry fee or stake is required.

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of the organiser and their close family members may participate but are not eligible for prizes.

3. How it works

Participants register with email, name and phone number, receive a daily 5-digit code from restaurant staff, and submit score predictions for the FIFA World Cup 2026 play-off matches before kick-off. Points are awarded per the scoring rules.

4. Prizes

Prizes are listed on the Prizes page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at registration within 14 days of the final.

5. Fair play

Duplicate accounts, automated submissions, or any attempt to manipulate the daily code system result in disqualification and account removal.

6. Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical outages, data loss, or third-party data (e.g. live scores from ESPN). The organiser may amend or cancel the contest for serious reasons; participants will be notified via the website.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
